My Role

Starting with an in-depth analysis of the Town at Trilith web page, I led the development of a new wireframe and interface for our marketing purposes. I worked with our developers to ensure that all the functions and designs of the site were in line with the prototype.

Marketing

Trilith is a 235-acre master planned residential and mixed-use development located in south metro Atlanta, Georgia, adjacent to Trilith Studios. Envisioned as a haven for storytellers and creatives, the new urbanist community is a contemporary concept in walkable living. 

Upon partnering with the New Homes Division, the goal of our marketing team was to increase realtor traffic to the community. One of the tactics we used to achieve this goal was creating a realtor-specific website, where agents can quickly become the experts on Trilith’s value propositions. The website that was currently in place was abstract and visitors were required to spend time to truly understand the scope of this community. As time is not a luxury for many of those in the real estate industry, we created a landing page that would act as a streamlined source to effectively educate their clients on Trilith’s unique selling points. 

We developed a strategy for the design to ensure that users would interact with the website naturally and logically. By putting all of the key features of the community on the home page, we eliminated the need for agents to weed through interior pages to understand the complexities and uniqueness of Trilith. Our in-house development team kept the site easy to navigate by creating a website structure that kept user experience at the forefront, while also adhering to the Trilith branding. 

The launch of this website has assisted in a 25% increase in contracts written by co-op agents, and the acquisition of over 60 new leads. This uptick in agent traffic greatly contributed to Trilith having a record-breaking 2021 first two quarters in terms of sales.

My Role

This email series is a part of the Trilith marketing strategy that was presented to the client. With each email, our New Homes Division team strived to paint a picture through copy, using vivid descriptions and casting vision for what it’s like to live at Trilith. We aimed to capture the elements that speak to Triith’s  innovative and inspiring attributes. Our word choice is unexpected, with phrases that sound new and interesting, not tired and overdone. We choose active words over passive words, adding an element of confidence.

Trilith’s value proposition encompasses not only world-class design and architecture, but the community also boasts a one-of-a-kind lifestyle that is steeped in creativity. We complimented our email copy with high-quality imagery, intriguing animations, and interactive links in order to enhance the overall user experience and drive traffic to our site. All design elements aligned with the modernistic and creative branding that is portrayed throughout all of Trilith’s marketing materials.  

Our email messaging and creative greatly impacted the overall marketing campaign of Trilith and assisted in the writing of over 60 contracts and experiencing a record number of sales during the first quarter of 2021. From June 2020 - June 2021, our potential client database increased by 1,200 new registrants.
