My Role
I led the design team in creating three different branding concepts for a new development in Tucker, GA. The client was able to choose one of the three concepts and the logo and branding were applied to their marketing.
The concept of this logo was based on Loudermilk homes’ devotion to building luxury products. The logo has the shape of a gem with a smaller border in the inside adding a window element. So many builder logos feature a house, but to create something different, a subtle home aspect of the window was important to incorporate. Rich, dark, neutral colors were used to mirror some of the amazing facades of Loudermilk builds. The L H monogram represents Sherwin Loudermilk. This adds to the thorough customization available within his products. The logo overall speaks on the attention to luxury and custom craftsmanship that can be achieved with this builder.
